The first Visa Cash release for the NYC Trial (upper West Side of Manhattan) was the CitiBank Money Card. This is a non-denominated reloadable card, available over-the-counter at participating banks. There were three printings, each with a different expiration date.

The second release was the New York Street Scenes/Musicians Trial Card Set. This is a four card set with photos from around NYC. The cards are denominated ($10 or $20) and reloadable, available only to CitiBank customers. One of the cards (Ansonia Condominiums) was also issued in a $5 denomination as an employee commemorative, only available to CitiBank employees. 6,250 of each card were produced. However, 1,000 of the Ansonia cards were issued in the $5 denomination, leaving 5,250 $10 cards. Therefore, only 1,000 complete five card sets can be assembled. In addition, some cards were issued with different expiration dates (see 'second releases', below). I believe all four cards were printed at the same time, with portions allocated to the different denominations and expiration dates (i.e., there are 6,250 of each image).
