The inaugural issue On Track To Success Train Series of stored value phone cards was issued in August, 1996 to coincide with the United Nations Development Project (Tumen River Development Area) International Symposium For Promotion of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK) Free Economic Trade Zone (FETZ).
This set was issued by North East Asia Telephone and Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (NEAT&T), a joint venture between Korea Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (KPTC) and LoxPac, a Loxley (Bangkok, Thailand) company.

22,000 train series cards were produced, 5,500 in each of four denominations. In addition, 500 of the 250 unit cards were offered in a Limited Edition lacquer presentation box.

day delivery. Global Priority is not insured, but
